Get ready to dig, spike, and dive at the Annual New Ulm Spikin’ in the Street Sand Volleyball Tournament – right in the heart of our historic downtown! On the first weekend of August, the streets of New Ulm will be transformed into a thrilling beach volleyball arena, where teams from all over the region will compete for glory and bragging rights. This action-packed event is set to become a summer highlight, bringing together athletes, sports enthusiasts, and community members of all ages. 800 tons of sand (38 dump trucks!) will be brought in to transform the street – it will be a day you won’t want to miss! So gather your friends and join us for a day of sun-soaked excitement as we celebrate the spirit of sand volleyball in the heart of New Ulm. Mark your calendars for the first weekend of August, and get ready to serve up some serious fun!

There will also be live music, a sandcastle area for kiddos, drink and restaurant specials, and commemorative merchandise!
