HYPE is New Ulm’s network for young professionals ages 21–40 looking to grow, connect, build leadership skills, and get plugged into the community.
Whether you’re new to town, starting your career, or leveling up professionally — HYPE is where you’ll find like-minded people.
Mission Statement: To provide a common platform for young professionals to build relationships, gain skills and knowledge, give back to the community, and contribute to the overall development and future of New Ulm.
Vision Statement: New Ulm will be an attractive community for young professionals with lots of opportunities for growth, career, networking, and fun!

2026 Membership
HYPE members are between the ages of 21-40 who live or work within the New Ulm community. Membership fees will NOT be instated until 2026. If you are interested in membership, please fill out the form below or contact the Chamber at chamber@newulm.com or 507-233-4300.
- Membership fees will be collected and used for group related costs including, but not limited to speaker fees, marketing, group events, and more.
- Membership fees for 2026 will be $35 for Chamber Members (if you are employed by a Chamber Member, you are also a member!) and $45 for non-Chamber members. If you are unsure of your membership status, check our business directory for your employer or contact us to confirm!
- Membership fees can be paid online here or with cash or check or via credit/debit card at the New Ulm Chamber Office (1 N Minnesota St, New Ulm). You can also pay over the phone at 507-233-4300, or the Chamber can invoice your employer.
