The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Simply Made Right, a local food truck run by Denise and Gary Palmer. What began as a simple tent setup has now grown into a full-fledged food truck, giving the Palmers more flexibility – without losing the nostalgic charm that makes their Made Right sandwiches so special. The name is a nod to Denise’s roots. Her parents once operated a Made Right shop in New Ulm, and the original steam table from that business still lives on – now built into the food truck. Denise and Gary believe this, along with 95% lean chuck and just a touch of salt added at the end, is what gives their Made Rights their signature flavor. Each sandwich is made to order with your choice of toppings – ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions. They also serve German potato salad, chips, and bottled water. You’ll find Simply Made Right at local events like the Downtown Car & Bike Roll-Ins, Autofest, and New Ulm Night Out. They are also available to cater events.

Follow them on Facebook for updates and events. Welcome, Simply Made Right, and thank you for your investment in the Chamber!
