The Willkommen Committee recently welcomed Lisa Gutierrez as the new store manager at Walmart!  Lisa has worked for Walmart for 13 years, and she absolutely loves it.  Starting as a seasonal employee to make a little extra holiday cash, she “just started saying ‘yes’ “and climbed up the ladder to where she is today overseeing several managers and team leads.  That ability to rise in the company is just one of the many things that she loves about Walmart.  As she put it, “cut me, and I will bleed blue.”  Her job is to “make sure everyone’s happy” – customers and associates alike.  Lisa recently moved from Oregon because she “thought Minnesota sounded good.”  Her family still lives back on the West Coast, but she is enjoying Minnesota so far.  She currently commutes from Mankato.  If you’d like to learn more about Walmart, visit their website at www.walmart.com.  Congratulations and welcome to Lisa Gutierrez!
