The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Bob Bruce as the new manager at KNUJ!  Bob Bruce has been in the radio business since his senior year in high school when he started as an intern, and he’s been gradually making his way up the ranks through various stations ever since. 

Bob currently commutes from Mankato, but he is looking to move to New Ulm soon.  After becoming the new manager in November of 2023, Bob could tell that the KNUJ station “has meant a lot to the area for a long time” and he has no plans to make any changes.  He says his job is to “stay out of the way” and sees his role as more of generating operating revenue.  To that end, he is currently looking to recruit more salespeople.
