The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Old Hauenstein Brewery as a new member!  Mojra and Mark Hauenstein have spent two years renovating this beautiful property and setting it up as a vacation rental!  An adventure that originally started when Mark sent the ad for the estate sale to Mojra as a joke, ended up moving their family across the country from Reno to the small town life that they had been looking for.  After seeing the property and the town of New Ulm, the whole family decided to pack up and move north.  They are still working on remodeling, but right now there are two rooms available that have been renovated.  Although they are updating, there are many elements that pay homage to New Ulm and the property’s rich history.  They have been using the New Ulm bricks from around town to build the fireplaces and have kept elements from the Old Hauenstein office in mind while decorating.  To learn more, see some beautiful pictures, and maybe even book your stay, find them online at  Airbnb.com – Old Hauenstein Brewery or call (775) 722-6494.
