The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Mae Geidel as the new general manager for Best Western Plus in New Ulm.  Geidel has had several positions in the hospitality industry, serving as guest services manager, assistant general manager, and interim general manager for the Best Western Plus and Harmony Inn.  Her energetic attitude and customer relations abilities led to her selection as the General Manager for Best Western Plus in March of 2023.  The Best Western Plus is New Ulm’s largest hotel and serves around 27,000 patrons a year.  Accommodations include a swimming pool, fitness room, free breakfast, free parking, electric car charging, high speed internet, restaurant on site, pet friendly, business center, and airport shuttle to name a few.  The Best Western Plus is located at 2101 S Broadway Street in New Ulm, and reservations can be made by calling 507-359-2941 or visiting bestwestern.com.  Congratulations Mae Geidel on your new promotion!
