The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Lisa Reinarts of Citizens Bank Minnesota as the new Chief Operations Officer.  Reinarts joined Citizens in 2007 in the operations department as a Systems Operations Officer.  In 2011, she was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager and performed that role until 2021 when she started her most recent role as AVP/Operations Analyst. She graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Management with minors in Accounting and Business Administration. In 2018, she completed an internal two-year program, Citizens Leadership Academy (CLA), that was developed to grow leadership skills of staff members, and focused on professional and personal growth. Lisa is a Network New Ulm graduate, former member of the Women’s Forum, and a new board member for the New Ulm Area USBC Bowling Association. She also volunteers teaching Junior Achievement at area schools.
