The Journal’s New Editor – Clay Schuldt

The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Clay Schuldt as the new editor for The Journal, New Ulm.  Clay has been with The Journal as a writer for over 10 years, and has been recently promoted to editor. Clay is a native of Caledonia, and graduated from Winona State University with a degree in writing.  He started his career as a freelance journalist covering city councils, school boards and county board meetings for the Caledonia Argus, Spring Grove, and Houston County Herald.  Clay joined The Journal in 2014, and became the lead reporter for many years.  You may not see Clay “out and about” covering New Ulm as much, as the editor position comes with increased responsibilities. Please welcome Clay Schuldt as the new editor for The Journal, New Ulm. Clay can be reached at 507-359-2911, or by visiting nujournal.com
