The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a special ribbon cutting event for the New Ulm Commerce Center, formally the old Herberger’s building, located at 110 N Minnesota Street, in downtown New Ulm. Building owner Jason Kuester remodeled the interior spaces, which is now home to 14 office spaces, and 11 apartments on the second and third floor, including a large penthouse style 1300 square foot VRBO rental apartment. Mayor Kathleen Backer was on hand to perform the ribbon cutting ceremony, along with building owner Jason Kuester and his family. New Ulm Commerce Center currently has three tenants: Cove Collective Hair and Ink Studio, Cook Insurance Agency, and Congressman Brad Finstad. To learn more about the spaces available (office, retail, or apartments), please contact Jason at 507-381-2041. Thank you for your investment in the New Ulm business community!
