ARR Construction recently joined the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Willkommen Committee stopped by the offices at 1901 N Minnesota Street to learn more about the company. Adam Reinhart started the business in 2005. He started working side jobs and it grew from there. As he got busier, he brought on one employee, and the company continued to grow from there until its present size of about 50 employees. Adam stressed that the company wouldn’t be where it is today without the employees who have joined him through the years who have helped it to grow. Adam is grateful for all the local support and shared that, while they do travel for jobs around the region, they like to stay close where his employees can get home every night.
