New Chamber Member – Brown County Yellow Ribbon!

The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Brown County Yellow Ribbon as a new member.  This critical non-profit organization serves Brown County in suicide prevention and awareness.  BCYR has several outreach programs including “Shine the Light”, where local home owners can display a Sunflower yard light to show their support.  They also teamed up with Fuel Graphics of New Ulm to produce and distribute “It is okay not to be ok” stickers.  To donate or volunteer to this crucial program, visit browncoyellowribbon.com, or find them on Facebook.  If you or someone you know is struggling, text or call 988 for help and support.  The 9-8-8 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a national network of centers providing emotional support.  It is free, confidential, and available 24/7.
