The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes new staff at the Brown County Historical Society (BCHS). Please welcome Amy Johnson, Director; Lauren McMackin, Program Coordinator; and Jenny Filzen, Visitor Services Coordinator. Amy and her staff are excited about the upcoming year and look to build on events from years past. Stay tuned for upcoming events, like the Trunk Program for seniors in assisted living or the Mother’s Day lunch program in May. Of course, if you haven’t seen the US-Dakota War of 1862 exhibit on the 3rd floor of one of New Ulm’s most architecturally distinct structures, now is your chance.
