The Network New Ulm Community Leadership Program encourages and develops leadership skills among its participants, while providing opportunities to observe a variety of community resources and form working partnerships with other community members. Its mission is “To build a stronger community by providing a diverse group of community leaders with opportunities to enhance community knowledge, civic network and leadership skills.” 

     Our 24th year of participants recently graduated, and their testimonials about NNU can be found in the brochure and online.  Whether new to the community or life-long residents, members have found the sessions informative, enjoyable and challenging.  We are excited to be able to continue offering this opportunity to our Chamber members and look to you to help fill the 2022-23 class!

     We encourage you to give serious consideration to applying yourself or sponsoring an employee to attend the program.  To get the most out of the program, participants should commit to attending all the monthly sessions that are listed in the brochure.
