The New Ulm Country Club welcome Trisha Homan as the Event Coordinator and Nikki Dittrich as Banquet Chef. Both women say they work well together and make a good team. Trisha Homan has been at the Country Club for 5 years and moved up to a leadership role. Nikki Dittrich had recently moved back to New Ulm after working in Mankato. The NU Country Club has been getting booked up for the upcoming year with weddings, graduation parties and other celebrations. Homan says they also are doing smaller events.  The Sunday Brunch is back but not every weekend.  Some of the new elements with Brunch are creative cocktails and Mimosa flights.
