Brandy Schwartz is now the Human Resources Manager at the EON (Employee Ownership Network), also known as MBW Company, and the Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped to congratulate her! Originally from Ham Lake, Brandy studied at MSU Mankato in Spanish & Communications Studies. After college she went to the metro and eventually Florida for some time before coming back to Minnesota. She has experience in Human Resources with Michael Foods and also spent some time with Christensen Farms. Brandy explained how she was excited to be with an ESOP company. EON has about 220 active employees throughout the company and they provide support services to over 120 people. They are always looking for more staff to add to their direct support. EON has over 15 group homes. They have services in the surrounding communities as well including homes in Hutchinson, Bemidji, Mankato & Sleepy Eye. Congratulations and welcome, Brandy!
