The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped at FMJ (Fafinski, Mark & Johnson) Law Firm to welcome Kate Graham, Associate in the Agriculture and Trusts & Estates practice groups. She handles a variety of estate planning, farm succession planning, elder law, and agriculture and food law matters. After spending the last 10 years in Minneapolis, she started at the firm in September. Kate grew up in Roseville and attended the University of Arkansas where she graduated with L.L.M. in Agriculture and Food Law. She and her husband haven’t had much time to get around town yet, although she is looking forward to visiting Flandrau State Park and Schell’s Brewery, and her first Oktoberfest experience!
