The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped by to see Jeff Dittrich and his team at Century 21 Red Shoe Realty to congratulate them on the name change of Century 21 Koeckeritz Realty. As Century 21 is rebranding, Jeff found this to be a good time for a new name and logo. Something simple and easy, nothing like Grundeigentum (which means ‘real estate’ in German), that people wouldn’t be able to pronounce or spell. Jeff has been known around New Ulm for wearing red shoes, so Red Shoe Realty seemed fitting and simple.  He’s been working hard marketing to get the new name out, as well as changing everything from business cards to pens.  Century 21 Red Shoe Realty has 11 agents in New Ulm as well as a small office in Sleepy Eye. They specialize in sales of residential, rural, land, commercial and development. Congratulations Jeff and Red Shoe Realtors!
