On December 15, the Business Action Team of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce brought in Jeff Rosatte, Director of New Business Development at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).  Jeff Rosatte presented to a room of nearly 50 interested New Ulm business people at the Hot Topics Lunch.  Jeff talked about the different community approaches to economic development and presented some case studies of what is working, and not working, in other communities.
