The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently stopped by Green Mill to meet the new Director of Catering, Chad Cooreman.  Chad is originally from Tracy, married his wife (she’s from Hanska), and has lived in New Ulm for 7 years.  He has a culinary background and worked for Lola’s at the New Ulm Event Center, and also in Marshall.  Chad says the New Ulm Conference Center is busy with Oktoberfest and a lot of weddings and special events.  Soon the Christmas parties will start!  They can accommodate parties of any size, up to 300.  Contact Chad at 507-404-0650 or chad.cooreman@tpihospitality.com to learn more!
