We are experiencing an unprecedented dynamic created with four generations actively involved in the workplace, five in
education settings. How does that impact us? How do we communicate across the generations? Brian Hart of Sandler Training will present on Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials and the “native language” of each generation.
Brian has spent 30 years in the financial services industry, in sales and marketing roles, providing regulatory compliance software solutions. He has owned and operated Sandler Traning in St. Cloud for the past five years. In addition to conducting professional development programs for sales professionals, sales managers and customer care teams, he regularly speaks throughout the region on business and professional development topics.
