Joe Romasiewicz is the new general manager at Green Mill, and the Willkommen Committee stopped by to meet him.  Joe is not new to the company; he began as kitchen manager and helped open the restaurant here in New Ulm about three years ago.  Joe moved to New Ulm from south Florida, where he had been in management for sports bars.  Joe is now the general manager for Green Mill and the Conference Center at Best Western Plus.  He has about 60-70 employees (this does not include hotel staff), and Joe says they are well staffed, but always looking for more help, especially experienced chefs and servers.  Green Mill started in St. Paul in 1935 and has about 30 locations throughout the Midwest.  Congratulations, Joe!
