New Ulm’s historic downtown makes the perfect backdrop for a classic car and bike cruise-in!  The New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce tested out their idea for a cruise-in last summer, and they were well attended events.  They are back and better than ever in 2016!  Two events have been held so far this year with the streets full of music, people and, of course, classic cars, trucks, and bikes!  View photos from the June 9, 2016 New Ulm Car Hop & Shop event here!

The streets are closed to thru traffic, and each event has live music sponsored by a downtown business.  Bring your own lawnchair if you want to sit and watch the band.  Door prizes are awarded hourly for vehicle owners and spectators.

It’s a beautiful drive to New Ulm in the scenic Minnesota River Valley National Scenic Byway – perfect for a drive in the ol’ cruiser!  Hop on in and drive on down!  We’d love for you to join us!  

Upcoming dates for the New Ulm Car Hop & Shop Classic Car & Bike Cruise-In are July 14, August 11, and September 8.  Events are held from 5-8pm.  More details can be found here.
