The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped at Searles Bar & Grill to check out their new addition.  This is the latest in updates and construction projects that Shirley Farasyn, who has owned the bar since 2002, has undertaken.  They remodeled the upstairs first, to accommodate an extra 75 people in that space. They then added 2 back rooms and the picnic and patio area. Now, in addition to the smaller kitchen just behind the bar, they’ve added a large new kitchen to accommodate big groups and the catering business. There are large windows off the back that open up to be used for serving during car & bike nights or other special events. Congratulations, Shirley and Searles Bar & Grill!
