The New Ulm Chamber’s Willkommen Committee welcomed two new staff members and congratulated a third on earning his Accredited Land Consultant designation at Upper Midwest Management Corporation. 

Andrew McCarthy is a 2015 graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Business. Andrew’s background includes internships with SoMinn Agronomics, WinField Solutions and DuPont Pioneer, hands-on work on a farm in North Dakota, as well as agricultural study abroad in Brazil. Andrew joins Upper Midwest’s as a farm manager.

Terri Jensen joined UMMC in April, 2016, as VP Real Estate/Appraisal Operations and Broker/REALTOR® in UMMC’s Faribault, MN office.  Of 25,000 REALTORS® in Minnesota, Terri is one of only 12 to have earned the ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designation through REALTORS® Land Institute.  Terri holds broker licenses in Minnesota & Nebraska, as well as appraisal and auctioneer licenses in Minnesota.  She has served as MN RLI Chapter and National RLI President.  She is uniquely qualified to assist with your land situation or need:  listing, sale, auction or private treaty transaction, investment, 1031 exchange, or consulting.   As VP, Terri can answer questions and steer you to the appropriate UMMC rural or commercial appraiser or rural or commercial property manager.
