The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently visited True Real Estate, located at 127 N Minnesota St, to welcome three new agents to their New Ulm office. 

True Real Estate was founded by Jen True in 2016 and has since grown to 7 offices throughout southern Minnesota with about 80 agents serving residential, commercial, and land clients. The New Ulm office opened in August 2024 and is open weekdays 9-4, with evening and weekend availability. The team also manages an apartment rental on-site and plans to open an Airbnb this fall. The new agents include Jeff Dittrich, Kory Kettner, and Delaney Landsteiner. 

Jeff Dittrich – A New Ulm native with 20 years in real estate, Jeff specializes in both residential and commercial properties.

Kory Kettner – With 4.5 years of real estate experience, Kory has lived in New Ulm for more than a decade.  He is head basketball coach at MVL, recently became a grandfather, and focuses mainly on residential sales. 

Delaney Landsteiner – Licensed since 2016, Delaney previously worked with Valley Properties before joining True. She also works full-time at Frandsen Bank & Trust and applies her strong customer service background to her real estate clients, focusing primarily on residential properties.
