The Willkommen Committee is pleased to welcome Darren Wacker as new Account Executive at Radio Mankato. Darren brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise-level software sales, but his roots are in radio – he began working in the industry during high school and college. Returning to radio now feels like coming home.

A long-time resident of the Mankato region, Darren is passionate about building partnerships and bridging communication gaps for businesses of all sizes. Radio Mankato offers a wide range of marketing services, including radio and CTV (connected TV) advertising, as well as targeted email marketing. With seven radio stations and a six-person sales team, they help businesses identify and reach their ideal audiences through customized, cost-effective campaigns.

Radio Mankato is especially focused on partnering with all businesses, offering flexible options that fit a variety of budgets. Their process starts with asking each client: “Who are you? What do you want to accomplish? Where do you want to go?” From there, they work to develop honest, transparent, and effective marketing strategies.
