The Willkommen Committee recently visited The Free Press Media to welcome them back as New Ulm Chamber members.  Danny Creel and Steve Jameson have both worked at The Free Press for several years, and although print media has faced many challenges with the changing times, they have adapted with them.  The Free Press Media has a strong newsroom with 45 full-time employees and focuses on providing great local news rather than competing with national news outlets.  In addition to offering digital subscriptions to cut down on print and delivery costs, they also have many ways for businesses to advertise with them, such as social media and targeted digital ads or even running contests that can produce great leads lists.  They strive to “find solutions to what you’re looking for.”  The Free Press Media also publicizes the Mankato Magazine, The Land agriculture weekly, and MN Valley Business Magazine.
