The Willkommen Committee recently visited Gypsy Girl Consignment Boutique to welcome their new owner Jackie Berg.  Jackie was born and raised in New Ulm, went to St. Paul’s Lutheran, MV High School, then got a degree in interior design and construction management, and has a background in property management.  After 10 years in real estate in the cities, Jackie was ready to own her own business.  She enjoys being back in New Ulm near her family, and works alongside her sister in the store.  Jackie has owned the store for a few months and has been concentrating on learning everything but also has plans to change and add on as well.  Her plans include rebranding, expanded clothing options, bringing in more artists and potentially even lightweight furniture, and looking to improve the lighting and the flow of the store.  She is really keeping the customer in mind, and as she says, she “want(s) this place to be for the community.”

Located at 21 N Minnesota Street, if you’re interested in learning more, visit https://gypsygirlconsignmentboutique.com/ or call (507) 276-6251.  Congratulations to Jackie Berg!
