The Willkommen Committee recently visited Vista Prairie at Ridgeway to celebrate multiple new managers.  Executive Director Clayton Kalmon, Director of Health Jennifer Krengel, Business Office Manager Lacie Lampman, Sales and Marketing Manager Alyssa Birman, and Community Care Manager Katelyn Hoffman.  Ridgeway has been owned by Vista Prairie for less than a year, but great things are already happening.  The healthcare field is always evolving and changing, and Clayton remarked that Vista Prairie tries hard to stay on top of that by investing in their workforce by offering training and career advancements. They are intent on “growing people,” focusing on “compassionate care” and encouraging their residents to “live life on purpose.”  They are proud to be taking care of the matriarchs and patriarchs of our community – “it’s not what we do, it’s who we are.”
