The Willkommen Committee recently welcomed Well Made LLC as a new member of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce!  Shay All Runner of Franklin, MN, got his Bachelor’s Degree in Culinology (Food Science) from SMSU and his Masters in Nutrition.  He decided to join that gained knowledge with his love of cooking and started Well Made LLC to offer ready-to-eat, good-for-you, healthy meals for individuals and families that may be too busy to meal-prep for themselves.  Shay, with help from his wife Raven, has been operating full-time since January after a six-month trial period.

Well Made LLC offers all fresh ingredients in 24 meal options, some of which are healthy versions of the meals people already like (he has his own version of the Mac Sauce in his Big Mac Bowl).  The meals are prepared and delivered fresh, though they can be frozen for up to three months.  Currently, he is making 700-750 meals each week, which he then delivers to multiple locations in the area. Customers can place orders weekly through their website, www.wellmademealprep.com, and can pick up at New Ulm Walgreens on Tuesday mornings.  There is a 5-meal minimum on website orders. Well Made has also partnered with The Coffee Keller, for people who want to try a single-meal option before committing to a full order.
