The Willkommen Committee recently visited Alliance Bank to celebrate their new regional president Jason Wohlers.  Jason is in charge of the southern region, and he is looking forward to the new challenges that this position will bring.  Having worked at Alliance Bank for 26 years, it’s not surprising that he says it’s a great place to work and a lot of fun.  He started at the New Ulm branch at 22 years old thinking that he would eventually transfer and go back to Rochester, but he liked New Ulm so much that he never left.  He lives in here with his wife and three kids, and he likes to stay very involved in the community.  Jason volunteers with the New Ulm Convention and Visitors Bureau Committee, the MLC Golf Classic Foundation Board, the Hub Club, the NUMC Foundation Board, and the NUSE Hockey Board.  Alliance Bank has other branches in Madelia, Hanska, Lake City, and St. Paul.  At the New Ulm branch, they house all of the operations, such as loans, finance, preparation, and customer service.
