We are proud of both the variety and number of lodging choices in New Ulm.

We feature four lovely Bed and Breakfasts - The Bohemian, The Deutsche Strasse, Bingham Hall and Beyer Haus.  While their rates are below the industry standard, their quality and central location are superb!  There are moderately priced, mid-range hotels in both the Super 8 Motel and Microtel Inn and Suites. New Ulm’s flagship property is the Holiday Inn with full restaurant and bar on site, pool and spa, as well as full meeting and banquet facilities.

For the more budget minded, there are the Colonial Inn and the Affordable New Ulm Motel.

We are fortunate to have Flandrau State Park along the southern boundary of town. In addition to their fine natural amenities, such as winter skiing, year-round hiking and nature watching, they have an outdoor, sand-bottomed pool and the Cottonwood River flows right through the park, ideal for fishing, canoeing and tubing. They have ample camping sites, including many with R.V. hook-ups.

Finstad’s Oakhaven Camp Ground is located 1 mile from New Ulm and they are a large, converted mobile home park with plenty of space for tents, pull-behinds and R.V.s  with full hook-ups. They have a centrally located building with restrooms and a place for informal get-togethers, all surrounded by mature oak trees.
