Conference Room Rental

Need a place to hold your next meeting? The Chamber offers you their conference room for your meeting needs. Holds from 12-15 people. Cost: free to members, non-members $35. Call Jenny, 233-4300.

Labels

The Chamber offers a business list on labels. This value-priced list will be just what you need to customize your direct marketing needs.  Business List- approximately 650: $35 to members, $100 non-members.   Organization List- approximately 115: $10 to members, $15 to non-profit groups, $20 non-member.

Hospitality Table Sponsorship

The Chamber offers refreshments to visitors and members when they come into the office. Be a hospitality table sponsor for a month and showcase your business. Contact Jenny for availability, 233-4300. Cost $35.

Broadcast Fax

The Chamber office has the ability to Broadcast Fax to our Chamber members. If you would like to send a fax making an announcement concerning your business, contact Jenny. Cost $35 to members, non-members $100.

Monthly Fax

The Chamber broadcasts a monthly fax to its membership to keep everyone up on current issues.  Be a six-month advertiser. Cost $50, contact Sharon.

Chamber Window

The Chamber windows are available to our members to showcase their products. Contact Connie for availability. Free to Chamber members.

Brochure Rack

The brochure rack at the Chamber has information on local attractions, Chamber businesses, and several Minnesota towns and attractions that are available to visitors and local citizens. Chamber member businesses only are listed in Chamber brochures that go out to people who are considering moving, and to those who are visiting New Ulm. All Chamber members may display their brochures free of charge in the visitors rack. Contact Chamber Staff.

Business Referrals

The Chamber refers Chamber members often and professionally through brochures and by the Chamber staff when referring your business name to those seeking information by phone. Free to all Chamber members.

 Bulk Mail Privileges

The Chamber allows members the use of their Bulk Mail permit on their pre-printed items. User must fill out a user form, Chamber determines the postage charges, signs the form and member writes out the check due the post office.  Contact Jenny for more information, 233-4300.

 New Ulm Proud Sponsorships

The Chamber invites sponsorships of tables for the Annual Meeting/Athena Award banquet. Members are permitted to decorate a table showcasing their business. First come, first serve availability. Cost $75-$100 to members only. Contact Jenny.

Business After Hours Sponsor

Sponsor a Business After Hours at your place of business or other location. Chamber will develop a flyer with your cooperation, send invitation to other Chamber members, provide nametags and Willkommen committee members to act as greeters. Business provides refreshments, door prizes,  etc. Business After Hours are usually done on a quarterly basis and availability. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to show off your business and employees. Contact Jenny for more information.

 Chamber Dollars

The Chamber sells over $200,000 in Chamber dollars each year. These are dollars spent and kept in New Ulm. Chamber dollars can only be redeemed at Chamber member businesses.
