Ribbon Cutting: My Eye Photography
My Eye Photography Ribbon Cutting

Congratulations to My Eye Photography, a new business and new Chamber Member in New Ulm!  The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently stopped by to celebrate the new business with a ribbon-cutting with City Councilor Dave Christian.  Shamara Hornick opened the photography studio at 526 South Minnesota Street (The Old Corner Store building) a few months ago.  Shamara grew up in New Ulm and graduated from Ridgewater College in Willmar with a degree in Professional Photography.  She came back to New Ulm after college because, as she says, she felt “this is my home.”  She has been a full-time photographer for the past year, shooting on-location, but is looking forward to having a studio for indoor photos, especially during the winter months.  Shamara is holding a studio grand opening this Saturday, November 18th from 11am-5pm.  Stop by to see the new space and register to win custom artwork or a photo session!  Congratulations, Shamara, and thank you for your investment in a Chamber Membership!
