In case you haven’t noticed yet, New Ulm Pizza Ranch is open!  The Willkommen Committee recently held a ribbon-cutting with Mayor Bob Beussman to officially celebrate the opening and to welcome them as new members of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce.  Pizza Ranch, located at 1927 S Broadway, is under new ownership and the new manager, Kevin Siefkes, is excited to share all the changes and improvements that have been made.  The Pizza Ranch is owned by a group that owns 19 Pizza Ranch locations in Iowa and Minnesota, and District Manager Ryan Crawford says community involvement is important to the group.  They have made a lot of visual changes (new floor, paint, ceilings, décor, equipment), but are also focused on changes that will improve the customer experience.  This includes staff training and the number of employees on each shift. They’ve hired about 38 employees and are still hiring, and Kevin says they have an “awesome crew”.
