New faces at Subway in New Ulm!  The Willkommen Commmittee showed up at the Subway store at 1404 S. Broadway to welcome the new franchise owner and learn more about the business.  Amanda Marks from Redwood Falls is the new owner and recently purchased the 7 stores in our area including the 3 in New Ulm and others in Sleepy Eye, Madelia, Springfield and St. James.  Updates will be coming to the New Ulm stores, including a drive-thru to the Broadway location in the future.  She also mentioned that they only need 24 hour notice for their catering sandwiches and platters. New Ulm Subways have 3 full-time managers and approximately 30 part-time employees.
