The New Ulm Chamber is currently taking applications for the 2018-2019 class of Network New Ulm Community Leadership Program. The program was established in 1997 and is focused on strengthening local leadership. Its mission is to, “build a stronger community by providing a diverse group of community leaders with opportunities to enhance community knowledge, civic network and leadership skills.”

The program consists of nine sessions each with a different focus. Participants will learn about community leadership, history and culture, economic health, community health and services, St. Paul/legislators, education, local government, media and communications, and agriculture. The sessions begin in September and continue the second Wednesday of each month until May. It is encouraged to attend each session to get the most out of the program.

Applications and brochures can be found at the Chamber Office. Space is limited. Applications are due by July 31, 2018. The tuition is $350 for employees of Chamber members and $400 for nonmembers.
