Valley Properties has three new realtors, and the Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped by to meet them!  Ken Board comes to the agency from St. Paul’s Church.  He is not new to real estate; he used to have his realtor license in Wisconsin. Jason Weigel, a New Ulm native, works at Autobahn Auto in addition to this new career in real estate.  DeLaney Landsteiner is originally from Courtland and started working at Valley Properties in September.  She says her family loves to take cruises and she plans to use this extra income to help fund these vacations.  Valley Properties now has 5 active realtors and covers New Ulm and surrounding area (Courtland, Hanska, Sleepy Eye, Lafayette, Essig, Searles).  Broker/Realtor LaNaye Kral says it is a seller’s market right now in New Ulm, meaning there are more people buying than selling.  Their current listings can be found at www.valley-properties.com.  Valley Properties is at 826 N Broadway – stop by or call 354-1986.
